Pictures of Psoriasis on Scalp

Sometimes, you need pictures of psoriasis on scalp to know whether you have psoriasis or just dandruff. Generally, psoriasis has a reddened patch of skin covered by silvery scales. Dandruff has red skin covered by flaky white or yellow scales. The scales on psoriasis are generally thicker. You also may bleed when they are removed.
Psoriasis also tends to break up on other areas of the body, such as the elbows. This does not happen with dandruff.
At the left is a picture of psoriasis on the scalp. About 50% of people who have psoriasis do experience this condition.
